Spending a few days in the area and am really impressed with this property. The entire staff has been so friendly from front desk to breakfast attendant and maintenance. There is a good breakfast, the whole hotel is very clean and always smells fresh. I would definitely recommend this property.
We were traveling from Florida heading to PA so just needed a quick easy hotel. The hotel was basic but clean and service was so friendly and accommodating. Grady managed the breakfast service and was so helpful, nice and made every effort to help when she could. Was so nice to have so many friendly people during our stay.
It was a really nice stay. The shower had nice water pressure and everything was clean. The shower head was really old and had a lot of build up. I would hope they replace it soon. It really would improve the stay. Also, the toilet would regularly run. Another small maintenance issue.
SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND NERVES THE FIRST TIME AND STAY HERE!!! Y'all we don't have anything but nice things to say about this place! We initially had a reservation at Country Inn in Kingsland for 2 weeks for work. Upon arrival late at night we realized what a huge mistake it was. By the next day the company had us set up here and my goodness we're thrilled to be here for an extended stay! The cleanliness, the fresh smell, the hospitality, the professionalism and care of literally every employee, the amenities shout out to Miss Carmen, Andrew, and Miss Jessica for going above and beyond for us and showing us the REAL meaning of customer service they've worked hard to make our time here feel as close to home as possible and we just can't thank them enough. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND NERVES THE FIRST TIME AND STAY HERE!!! Maybe one day we'll get to come back
FAIRFIELD I'm very satisfied with the costumer service. I have the must welcome experience, the front desk lady Ms. Mary have made me feel like family. Ms. Dee the General manager was very polite and warmly that makes me feel att home it have a very pleasant aroma and very clean, definitely im recommending FAIRFIELD to all my friends and family I'm saving the location for the future to come. Nice staff and good hotel for our road trip. Comfortable enough bed. Carpet in room was old but clean. The a/c was super cold which made one of us happy. The other needed extra blankets.
The staff has pride in working there and one of the managers provided wonderful service. She even remembered my name. It’s the small things! Would definitely stay again. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the place itself could use some updates and there were no free weights in gym.
David greeted me with a smile. That is important to a person that travels a lot. The hotel was clean and everything was nice in my room. The trash bags were not installed in either waste basket. I would definitely stay here again.
